Why you chose to attend OSU:
After visiting my boyfriend, Shane Jarka, several times, I fell in love with the atmosphere at Oklahoma State. The way the community rallied around the Cowboys was fun, exciting, and made me feel like I was at home. It just felt RIGHT!!!!!

Why you chose to cheer/pom/pete at OSU:
I spent a year watching the POM girls dancing on the football field and the basketball court. I was so impressed with the spirit and the overall look of enjoyment on the faces of  every member of the OSU spirit team.  OSU has such  an amazing spirit squad, and I am truly blessed to be one of the chosen few to be able to be apart of OSU POM!

Favorite memory with the Spirit Group:
I would say my favorite memory on OSU POM would be the Big 12 basketball tournament in Oklahoma. We were able to perform multiple routines during the entire tournament. It was an amazing trip and we all really bonded as a spirit squad.

Favorite hobby outside of OSU Spirit:
All I can say is…… SHOP, SHOP, SHOP until I drop with my Mom! :-)

The person that has influenced you most and why:
My Aunt Polly would probably the most inspirational woman in my life. She has gone through so many hardships and struggles over the past few years, but remains one of the most positive people I have ever met. She is a second mother to me, and I am proud to call her one of my best friends.

What 3 words describe you best:
Hardworking, Loyal, and Fashionable.

What mark would you like to leave with OSU/OSU Spirit when you graduate?:
I hope to be remembered as someone who is a hardworking, genuine spirit member who loved OSU and who demonstrated the true qualities and high standards that a OSU spirit squad member should possess.
