Why you chose to attend OSU:
I was born and raised a cowboy! No other school compares!
Why you chose to cheer/pom/pete at OSU:
I always knew I wanted to attend Oklahoma State, and getting to cheer here is just an added bonus. We are one of the top competitive cheer squads in the nation. I'm so close to all of the members on the team and it is a very family-like atmosphere.
Favorite memory with the Spirit Group:
Our spirit squad trip to the game against Missouri last year is my favorite memory since being a part of the spirit group. The game was incredible, and even though our fans only took up a tiny section of their stadium, our spirit and enthusiasm for our team overpowered Missouri's and helped the win!
Favorite hobby outside of OSU Spirit:
Spending time with my family and friends
The person that has influenced you most and why:
My sister Salem, who cheered at OSU '06-'07, has encouraged me when it comes to cheerleading, but much more importantly helped me to become the person I am. She is my best friend!
What 3 words describe you best:
Happy, Friendly, Easy-going.
What mark would you like to leave with OSU/OSU Spirit when you graduate?:
My love for the school. As a competitive squad its hard not to get caught up and only focus on the competition. I want future spirit squad members to always remember who we are and why we cheer for the Pokes!
